Determine the scope and design needs of organizations and corporations prior to the start of any concrete design project.
Interview clients, staff members, etc., to ascertain space requirements, sizes, and adjacencies.
Apply the data acquired in programming to specific building footprints, illustrating potential layouts for the space(s).
Builds up from the planning phase to determine the look and feel of the spaces, including wall elevations, finishes, built-ins, etc.
PRICING / CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Produce drawings from which contractors can bid and / or build. If needed for permitting, provide a registered Architect’s review and seal on construction documents.
FURNITURE , FIXTURES & EQUIPMENT
Establish needs, budgets, and identify items for client approval. Create furniture specifications from which vendors may bid on and / or provide the items.
Assist in the selection of paint, wallcovering, flooring, and other interior finishes. May include lighting as well.
STYLING / MERCHANDISING
Enhance the design and branding of retail spaces using props and other materials.
